We're creating OneState, a mobile life simulator built in Unity. Our art team is facing ambitious challenges as we develop the project with a realistic approach and high standards for visual quality and technical solutions. We use modern technologies and tools, continuously refining our pipelines and aiming for the highest level of quality and immersion.

Expectations
What we want to see- Experience as an Art Director or Head of Art on game projects
- Strong expertise in mobile AAA realism
- Deep understanding of mobile platform limitations and how to work within them
- Experience building art systems, standards, and processes
- Experience collaborating with producers and directors as partners
- Strong skills in presenting and defending creative decisions
- Cross platform experience with mobile, PC, or console projects is a strong plus
- Strategic mindset
- High level of ownership and responsibility

- Willingness to work in a partnership model rather than manual micromanagement
- Shaping and evolving the project's art strategy together with the CCO
- Building an autonomous art structure including roles, ownership, standards, and processes
- Ensuring AAA level quality and visual consistency across the product
- Making key visual decisions and defending them at the producer and director level
- Developing head level roles and growing strong leaders within the art team
- Managing the balance between quality, timelines, cost, and value
- Growing the art direction as a driver of product and IP growth
