Operations Manager - Dubai

Employment: Full Time
A reputable and well-established medical device company is actively recruiting an operations manager for their team in Dubai.

The main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead and manage all aspects of operations.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-control measures.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure efficiency and performance in all business units.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs and productivity benchmarks.
- Oversee project execution, resource planning, and infrastructure development.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management within the life science industry.
- Must have leadership experience.
- Possesses critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
