We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of the Oil & Gas industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to support strategic decision-making across upstream, midstream, or downstream activities.

This is not a generic analyst role. We are only considering professionals with a solid background in business analysis specifically within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed market and competitor research specific to oil and gas (upstream, midstream, or downstream).
• Analyze industry trends, price fluctuations, and geopolitical risks affecting oil and gas supply chains.
• Build and maintain financial and operational models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
• Evaluate potential business opportunities, JV partnerships, asset acquisitions, or divestments.
• Work closely with internal teams (commercial, trading, technical) to assess project performance, cost structures, and profitability.
• Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
• Support the leadership team in strategic planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Oil & Gas sector (this is mandatory).
• Proven ability to work with commercial data, technical data, and financial metrics in the energy domain.
• Strong understanding of the value chain in Oil & Gas (exploration, production, refining, logistics, trading).
• Experience in using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to investment analysis, feasibility studies, or market intelligence in Oil & Gas is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.

Salary: AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
