Employment: Full Time
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Mobile Crane Operator to join our dynamic construction team in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for operating mobile cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on various construction sites, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities:- Operate mobile cranes to lift, move, position, and place materials and equipment according to site specifications and instructions.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on crane equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
- Interpret load charts and job specifications to determine the appropriate crane setup and lifting techniques.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, riggers, and other team members to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety policies, procedures, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly to management.
- Maintain accurate records of crane operation, maintenance, and inspections.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mobile Crane Operator in the construction industry.
- Valid crane operator certification/license as required by UAE regulations.
- Strong understanding of crane operation safety standards and load handling procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret load charts and site plans accurately.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with diverse site personnel.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions on construction sites.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining workplace safety.
