Manager - Brand & Events Management
Job Description
Job purpose
To drive brand strategy and execution, enhancing overall brand visibility and engagement through targeted initiatives and event management that align with DAFZ objectives.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Manages the day-to-day operations of the personnel or projects under your control to ensure the set objectives are being met.
Improving efficiency by evaluating and monitoring operational & financial performance of the personnel or project that are handled
Direct and ensure implementation of the set business strategy through achievement of milestones across approved timeline.
Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that operations are being achieved both efficiently and effectively.
Develop and implement branding strategies and positioning to build and maintain a strong brand presence.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align branding efforts with business objectives and company vision.
Oversee market research to identify brand perception and potential opportunities for brand growth and improvement.
Create compelling messaging frameworks and collaterals that resonate with target audiences and reflect the brand's values
Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote brand awareness and engagement.
Manage the brand's online presence, including social media, website, and digital marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive messaging.
Monitor the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure these are consistently applied in all marketing materials, digital platforms, communications, and channels.
Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to evaluate brand health and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Ensure all campaigns are executed within the allocated budget and achieve maximum value for the company.
Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, trade shows and product launches, that align with branding goals.
Manage all aspects of event planning, including budgeting, logistics, vendor management, attendee engagement, and post-event evaluations.
Collaborate with the stakeholders to develop event promotion strategies to maximize engagement.
Track and analyse event success metrics and provide reports on ROI, engagement, and brand impact.
Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality. Ensure all events are executed within the allocated budget and achieve maximum value for the company.
Work with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, sales, and PR to create integrated branding and event strategies.
Lead and mentor a small team of event coordinators or assistants to ensure successful event execution.
Provide guidance to internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Coordinate with IT department to identify innovative technology required that will strengthen the achievement of the commercial objectives.
