Physics Teacher

Job Description

Job Purpose:

To deliver high-quality physics instruction to students, helping them develop strong scientific understanding, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills in alignment with curriculum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging physics lessons according to curriculum requirements.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Assess, monitor, and record students academic progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment that encourages inquiry and scientific exploration.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
• Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administration to support student achievement and well-being.
• Participate in professional development activities and school events as required.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Physics, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred).
• Teaching qualification/license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience (preferably in a similar role).
• Strong knowledge of physics curriculum standards and instructional methods.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet a variety of learning needs.
