About the position
We are looking for a UAE National to join our Sinotruk Division in Dubai as a Credit Support Executive. This role will focus on supporting the credit team through document control, file management and administrative support. This is not an analyst role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize customer credit files and documentation
- Ensure all required documents are collected, verified and properly filed
- Support the credit team with data entry and record management
- Track and follow up on pending documents from customers and internal teams
- Assist in preparing files for credit approvals and audits
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and documentation standards
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams for credit application processing
Requirements:
- UAE National with Family Book
- 2 + years of experience in administration, finance support or document control
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and record keeping tools
- Full time, can work 5 days per week, Monday to Friday.
