The Opportunity:
We are seeking a driven Director of Affiliate Programs / Affiliate Network Development Specialist with a founder's mindset. In this role, you will be solely focused on scaling our multi-tiered affiliate program, attracting high-yield affiliates, and driving growth in the regional ecosystem.
Compensation Structure (Unlimited Scalability):
We offer an aggressive revenue-sharing model designed to exponentially grow your passive income:
- Guaranteed base salary: $100 to $300 per month.
- Direct Sales Commission: Instant 8% commission on every closed direct contract.
- 10-tier passive income system: Earn progressive percentages on the total turnover of your built network up to 10 levels (Level 1 starts at 8%, Level 2 at 5%, and Level 10 at 0.25%).
- Cash bonuses for achieving goals: Additional instant bonuses from $25 to $12,500 as your network's turnover grows.
- The company covers office rent, utilities, promotional materials, and additional expenses for maintaining a regional office in the candidate's country of residence.
Real Income Potential: $1,500 to $10,000+ per month depending on network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active network building: Recruiting, developing, and managing a highly effective team of sub-affiliates, partners, and clients.
- Strategic Implementation: Conducting online presentations and webinars (Zoom) to introduce Assetara's AI tools to network leaders.
- Growth Acceleration: Implementing sales incentive programs to increase monthly gross activity.
What We're Looking for:
- Proven experience as an MLM leader, affiliate program manager, network marketer, or high-end sales expert.
- Strong connections or an existing network in cryptocurrency, Web3, or fintech.
