We're Hiring: Procurement & Cost Management Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support cost management initiatives through sourcing, procurement, financial analysis, and contract administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making and collaborative project delivery.

• Support sourcing strategies aligned with operational needs
• Assist in end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection and contract management
• Prepare and issue RFPs/RFQs and maintain procurement documentation
• Track and analyze cost performance against budgets, identifying variances and trends
• Review supplier proposals to ensure alignment with financial and procurement policies
• Monitor and report on cost-saving initiatives and identify new opportunities
• Maintain cost tracking tools and procurement databases
• Contribute to budget forecasting and financial planning
• Support contract lifecycle management and ensure compliance with terms
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with project timelines
• Identify procurement risks and assist in mitigation planning

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in the UAE real estate sector or related industries
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial tools
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret procurement data and provide actionable insights
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
