Civil Engineer (UAE National)

We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer reporting directly to the Head of the Department to join our team based in UAE, Abu Dhabi.

About the mission we offer you:
Location: Ruwais, UAEExperience: 6 months 1 year
Nationality: UAE Nationals only
Employment Type: Full-time Site-based
Key Responsibilities- Assist in supervising daily civil construction activities on site.
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with project drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor progress and report any issues, delays, or deviations to the Site Engineer/Construction Manager.
- Support quality inspections and ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures.
- Maintain daily site records including manpower, materials, and work completed.
- Ensure adherence to HSE guidelines and promote safe working practices on site.
- UAE National (Emiratisation role).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in civil site supervision or a related field.
- Diploma or bachelors degree in civil engineering or a relevant discipline (preferred).
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and site methodologies.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in Ruwais on a site-based schedule.
- Basic knowledge of civil construction activities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-focused environment.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.
