Position Overview
The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for driving sales and facilitating property transactions in Dubai&aposs real estate market. This role involves sourcing, marketing, and selling properties, establishing relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional service to customers.The Real Estate Agent will be expected to achieve sales targets and contribute to Nestaway&aposs growth in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities & KPIs- Property Sales & Leasing
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and market residential and commercial properties for sale and lease.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with information on available options.
- Negotiate deals and close contracts with clients.
KPIs:
- Achieve X property sales or lease agreements per month.
- Increase property sales or leasing by Y% per quarter.
- Achieve Z% increase in revenue from sales/leasing.
- Client Relationship Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and tenants.
- Understand client needs and match them with the right property options.
KPIs:
- Achieve a client satisfaction score of X% (via feedback/surveys).
- Maintain X number of active clients at any given time.
- Achieve X% client retention rate in the first year.
- Market Research & Property Analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Research market trends, pricing, and competition to stay informed.
- Advise clients on property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
KPIs:
- Complete X market analysis reports monthly.
- Successfully close deals based on market insights for competitive pricing.
- Sales Reporting & Documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date records of property listings and client interactions in CRM.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to the team lead or manager.
KPIs:
- Achieve X% accuracy in transaction and property data.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports on sales and prospects.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and sales teams to align on property listings, promotions, and advertising efforts.
- Work with the operations team to ensure seamless property management and client servicing.
KPIs:
- Achieve X% success rate in collaborative marketing campaigns.
- Ensure X% satisfaction with the operation teams execution on property services.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and client acquisition in the real estate market.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market including property pricing, trends, and client preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and property management software.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Additional certifications or licenses related to real estate are preferred.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
