We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team in Dubai. The role offers both onsite and remote working options, providing flexibility for the right candidate.- Sales Strategy Development: Build and implement a comprehensive sales system from lead generation to client retention;
- Team Leadership:Manage and develop sales team performance, set targets, and ensure KPI achievement;
- Sales Process Optimization: Create and refine sales scripts, analyze performance, and implement improvements;
- Analytics & Reporting: Develop sales analytics framework and maintain accurate CRM records in Bitrix24;
- Business Development: Expand partnership network and drive sales growth;
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading sales teams in B2B environment;
- Fluent Russian and English language proficiency (mandatory);
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities;
