QA QC Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA QC Engineer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in construction and interior turnkey luxury residences. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle, implementing rigorous quality control measures to deliver exceptional results for our clients.This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to luxury projects that redefine elegance and innovation in the industry.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct inspections and audits of construction sites to monitor quality performance and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to identify quality issues and implement effective solutions.
- Review materials and workmanship to ensure they meet the defined quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Participate in project meetings to report on quality performance and address any concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry, preferably in luxury residences.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
