Job description
u2022 Collaborate with senior management and solution architects to contribute to data-oriented decisions across the organization.u2022 Assist in the development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines, from data ingestion to analytics and machine learning.
u2022 Contribute to custom data pipelines and extractors, leveraging Python, Spark, and other technologies.
u2022 Support in shaping business decisions by offering insights into data technologies and architecture.
u2022 Be involved in the lifecycle of our data platforms, from architecture to production.
u2022 Assist in the evolution of data models, focusing on data discovery, mapping, and cleansing.
u2022 Adopt best practices for data extraction, under the guidance of senior team members.
u2022 Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and other stakeholders to assist in operationalizing machine learning models.
Qualifications
Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
u2022 Minimum of 3-5 years experience in data engineering, with a focus on big data and cloud solutions.u2022 Solid understanding of ETL design, both batch and real-time, and data modeling.
u2022 Proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, and modern data processing algorithms.
u2022 Experience with containerization and cloud-native tools such as Docker and Kubernetes and public or hybrid cloud technologies such as Google Cloud Platform, Azure, and AWS is a plus.
u2022 Familiarity with real-time data processing and event streaming technologies like Kafka.
u2022 Experience working with REST API.
u2022 Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies.
u2022 Familiarity with agile methodologies.
