Ontime Group is seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our clinic located in Al Meydan. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring that our clients receive a welcoming and efficient experience during their visits.

• Greet and assist clients upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor
• Manage incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and maintain the clinic's calendar
• Provide clients with information about clinic services, treatments, and procedures
• Assist clients with check-in, complete necessary forms, and update client records
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and inviting
• Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and assist with insurance verification as required
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Previous experience as a Receptionist in a clinic or healthcare setting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude
• Experience with appointment scheduling and clinic management software
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
