We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, SEM, and graphic design. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and leadership skills to drive our online presence and achieve business objectives.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute social media content calendars.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
• Track and report on key performance indicators.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Create and manage social media marketing campaigns.
• Manage the external marketing agency to ensure optimum service from them.
• Support the internal and external sales team to achieve their targets.
• Lead the lead generation and marketing dashboards.
• Managing user accounts, licenses, and web/domain hosting on Google Workspace and Microsoft.
• Basic IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media.
• Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.
• Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels such as social media ads etc.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Video shooting and editing for social media platforms.
• Managing licenses & User Accounts: Google Business Account/G-Suite /Microsoft/
• Managing Web & Domain Hosting.
• SEO Management.
• Designing landing pages (WordPress)
• Onboarding & Offboarding users from devices & accounts.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-5 years Marketing
• Real Estate marketing experience
• Bachelors degree in marketing
• External agency (vendor) management experience
• Event Organisation Experience
• Excellent time management and administrative acumen
• Designing promotional flyers, broker updates etc on hand experience
• Direct marketing campaigns like email, WhatsApp, Website Management
• Must know how to use tools: Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premier/After Effects/Lightroom) Canva & Capcut.
• Basic IT knowledge
