The ideal candidate should have a background in mechanical drafting, hands-on experience with AutoCAD, and working knowledge of ductwork and chilled water piping layouts.
Familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE and SMACNA is essential, along with strong communication skills in English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare HVAC system drawings, including ductwork and chilled water piping layouts.
- Draft detailed HVAC shop drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP (preferred).
- Perform duct and pipe sizing calculations in accordance with SMACNA and ASHRAE standards.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure drafting aligns with project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions.
- Assist in preparing documentation for HVAC systems on commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
