About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong sourcing, communication, negotiation, and employer branding capabilities. You will play a key role in shaping our talent pipelines and building a strong organisational culture.

• Lead end-to-end sourcing using advanced search techniques
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles
• Conduct screenings, interviews, and manage candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment planning
• Represent the company through effective employer branding
• Support offer negotiation and onboarding processes

• Strong sourcing skills across multiple channels
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities
• Experience in employer branding or talent marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, partnership-driven environment
• Prior experience in talent acquisition is an advantage
