Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with strong experience in Crypto, Fintech, or B2B SaaS to support enterprise client engagements and drive complex solution-based sales opportunities.

This role requires a deep understanding of digital wallets, MPC, custody, risk control, and on-chain payment infrastructure. You will work closely with client-side CTOs, product teams, and technical stakeholders to provide professional solution consulting and support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with BD / Sales teams to support enterprise pre-sales engagements
  • Understand customer business and technical requirements, and provide tailored wallet and payment solutions
  • Lead technical discussions, product demos, and solution presentations with clients
  • Prepare solution-related materials, including:
  • Solution proposals
  • Integration architecture
  • API workflow explanations
  • Technical documentation
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to drive customer requirements and project implementation
  • Build reusable best practices and industry-specific solution frameworks
  • Support complex enterprise clients throughout the solution evaluation and integration process

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales, or related roles in Crypto, Fintech, or B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of digital wallets, MPC, custody, blockchain infrastructure, or on-chain payment systems
  • Excellent client-facing communication and solution presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with CTOs, product teams, and technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience serving exchanges, payment companies, or Web3 clients
  • Experience with Wallet-as-a-Service (WaaS) or custody products
  • Blockchain development or wallet architecture background
  • Familiarity with TRON, Ethereum, and major blockchain ecosystems
