Job Description

Crossroads Events, a leading AV and event support company based in Dubai, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role and are passionate about building strong business relationships in the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and outreach to prospective clients
• Present and promote our services and solutions persuasively
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential leads
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into successful sales
• Maintain regular communication with clients via calls and email
• Manage client interactions through social media and digital platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for seamless execution
• Maintain records of sales activity, performance tracking, and reporting

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in events or AV services
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam is required
• Strong command of sales strategy and analytics tools
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Must be based in Dubai
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: AED 5,000/month
• Commission: 10% on each closed deal
• Earning Potential: Up to AED 20,000/month
• Accommodation Provided
