One of our new UAE-based wealth management clients is expanding rapidly and is now seeking a Hybrid BDM / Junior Wealth Manager to join their Dubai operation.
This is not a back-office role.
This is a front-line, client-facing wealth position for someone who wants to build something meaningful — and be rewarded properly for it.
Job Description
Based in Dubai (UAE) — with flexibility for the right candidate — this hybrid role sits at the intersection of business development and wealth management.
You’ll be working with:
- UK-qualified professionals and HNW clients
- A growing international client base across the Gulf region
- A broad and modern solution set — not just vanilla regulated products
In addition to regulated advice, the firm offers access to:
- Private Equity opportunities

Qualifications
We are looking for a go-getter — someone who:
- ideally holds UK financial qualifications
- Is confident, professional, and strong in client-facing situations
- Ideally already has some form of client bank or portable relationships
- Is not afraid to go out, network, present, and sell
- Wants to grow into a senior wealth role

Additional Information
What’s on Offer- Base salary: £2,000 – £2,500 per month for the first 3 months
- Thereafter: Retainer + commissions
- Leads: Potential leads provided (performance-based)
