Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive with MNC experience to lead digital strategies that boost brand presence, generate leads, and enhance engagement across channels. Strong skills in SEO, SEM, social media, content, analytics, and paid campaigns with a creative and analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across all channels (Google Ads, SEO, social media, email, etc.)
• Oversee and manage the company's website, ensuring up-to-date content and optimization for SEO/UX
• Lead social media strategy and execution to boost brand visibility and audience engagement
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, social media ads, retargeting, etc.)
• Coordinate with design and content teams to develop marketing materials and creative assets
• Monitor and adapt to industry trends, tools, and technologies
• Generate qualified leads for recruitment and licensing services
• Support marketing efforts for new markets (USA, Australia, GCC)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 47 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other digital tools
• Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
• Strong knowledge of content marketing and lead generation
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns
• Experience in the healthcare or recruitment industry is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.)
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with website CMS (e.g., WordPress)
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
