Yoga Experience Specialist

Job Description

Yoga Island at The Heart of Europe is seeking a charismatic, energetic and internationally minded Yoga Experience Specialist to become the face of one of the region's most immersive yoga and transformational lifestyle experiences.This is not a traditional yoga instructor position.

The role combines yoga hosting, participant engagement, lifestyle storytelling, movement artistry, destination experiences, social media presence and international representation.

Working alongside an internationally recognised Master Yogacharya and creative partners, the Yoga Experience Specialist will help transform a yoga teacher training programme into an immersive luxury destination experience while representing Yoga Island on both regional and international platforms.

• Experience Hosting & Participant Engagement

1. Serve as the lead host and public-facing personality of Yoga Island experiences.
2. Create a vibrant, engaging and emotionally immersive atmosphere for participants.
3. Introduce programme sessions and maintain positive energy throughout the participant journey.
4. Encourage participant motivation, confidence and group connection.
5. Create memorable guest interactions throughout the 21-day programme.

• Yoga Facilitation & Programme Participation

1. Participate in the complete 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training programme.
2. Complete certification requirements alongside programme participants.
3. Assist with yoga practical demonstrations and participant support.
4. Work alongside Master Yogacharya during programme delivery.
5. Support programme coordination and participant communication.

• Yoga Movement & Choreography Integration

1. Collaborate with creative and entertainment teams to develop yoga movement experiences.
2. Assist in integrating yoga choreography and artistic movement elements.
3. Participate in yoga showcases and performance activations.
4. Support development of unique Yoga Island experiences.

• Brand Representation & Destination Storytelling

1. Become the face and personality of Yoga Island.
2. Participate in destination marketing campaigns, interviews and content creation.
3. Support social media storytelling and promotional activities.
4. Participate in photography, video and experiential campaigns.
5. Promote Yoga Island as a distinctive international destination.

• Community & Participant Journey Management

1. Build strong relationships with programme participants.
2. Create a positive and inclusive community environment.
3. Support participant continuity and progression across monthly cohorts.
4. Encourage engagement and retention throughout the learning journey.

• International Representation & Competitive Participation

1. Support Yoga Island representation at International Yoga Federation events and activities.
2. Participate in yoga showcases, championships and selected global events.
3. Assist with preparation of yoga performances and competition activities.
4. Support efforts to establish Yoga Island as an internationally recognised yoga destination.
5. Contribute towards performance excellence and championship aspirations.

Candidate Profile :

1. Yoga certification preferred
2. Background in yoga, dance, movement arts or wellness culture
3. Strong communication and public speaking ability
4. Experience hosting live audiences or group experiences
5. Comfortable in front of cameras and media activities
6. Strong social media confidence and presentation skills
7. Choreography or movement experience is an advantage
8. Luxury hospitality, retreat or lifestyle experience preferred
