Takween Aldar Real Estate is expanding and is seeking experienced Investment Advisors to join our growing team. We are looking for driven professionals with a strong background in real estate investments, wealth-building strategies, financial advisory, or investment consulting.

- Proven experience in investment advisory, wealth management, financial consulting, private banking, or Dubai real estate investments
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
- Strong understanding of investment principles and Dubai's property market
- Financial or investment-related qualifications are advantageous
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly desirable
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities and wealth-building strategies
- Convert company-generated leads into successful investment transactions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors
- Conduct consultations, presentations, and investment reviews
- Provide market insights and investment recommendations
- Maintain accurate client records within the CRM system
- Work closely with the marketing team to maximize conversion rates
- Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and emerging investment opportunities
