Job Description
- Prepare and maintain project documents (drawings, BOQ, contracts, reports)
- Handle document control system (submittals, approvals, revisions)
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Coordinate between site engineers, consultants, and project managers
- Follow up on approvals for drawings, materials, and method statements
- Assist in project planning and scheduling, Track project progress vs. planned schedule
- Review drawings and specifications before submission
- Assist in preparing method statements and technical submittals
- Support QA/QC documentation (ITP, checklists, inspection requests)
- Assist procurement team with technical comparisons
- Prepare and submit documents to consultants/clients, Maintain logs (RFI, submittals, NCR, etc.)
- Handle drawings related to roads, drainage, utilities, and pavement works
- Manage approvals from authorities (e.g., municipalities, utility providers)
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in road/infrastructure projects (UAE experience preferred)
