Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience across modern trade and traditional trade. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales operations, the ability to manage diverse customer portfolios, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Develop and implement sales strategies for modern trade and traditional trade to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• List vendor registrations in hypermarket or retail channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and customers in all channels.
• Identify growth opportunities within assigned territories or accounts
• Monitor and ensure product availability and visibility in large retail chains.
• Negotiate shelf space and promotional activities with retailers.
• Engage with wholesalers and small-scale retailers to ensure consistent product movement.
• Collect and analyze market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors.
• Act as a liaison between the company and customers, ensuring clear communication
• Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional activities.
• Work closely with supply chain and operations teams to ensure stock availability and efficient delivery.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, particularly in modern and traditional trade.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Adaptability to different sales environments.
• Proficiency in sales tracking tools and MS Office
