Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain manpower planning models based on business forecasts and organizational needs.
• Develop predictive models for workforce demand, attrition, and productivity scenarios.
• Create and update headcount dashboards in coordination with Finance and Business Planning teams.
• Analyze workforce trends to recommend strategic actions like redeployment or upskilling.
• Support workforce KPI development and data visualization.

• Map and analyze HR and manpower processes using Visio and other tools.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements or automation.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to optimize workflows and ensure data integrity.

• Use statistical methods (e.g., regression, forecasting, clustering) for workforce analytics.
• Build and manage dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Enhance HR data accuracy and reporting automation in collaboration with IT/BI teams.
• Deliver strategic insights through customized reports and planning support.

• Participate in workforce planning during annual and mid-year budget cycles.
• Analyze headcount, performance, turnover, and demographic data.
• Monitor staffing levels versus budgets and flag variances.
• Align manpower strategies with operational needs across departments.

• Strong analytical and data modeling skills
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and statistical tools
• Experience with HR data, headcount tracking, and process mapping
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Background in HR, Finance, or Business Analytics is a plus
