Managing projects of ready-made systems and information programs and ensuring that they comply with the required specifications and standards.

Preparing the operational projects of the Division, supervising their implementation, and ensuring their alignment with the strategic plans of the Department.

Participating in the preparation of policies, procedures, and operational plans for the systems and information programs provided by the Corporation to the organizational units.

Participating in the preparation of the Corporation’s own systems and programs that meet its internal and external needs.

Supervising the Corporation’s information systems, ensuring their safety, and guaranteeing their compliance with the approved technical specifications.

Supervising periodic maintenance procedures and addressing obstacles faced by users of the Corporation’s information systems and programs, including medical and administrative systems.

Participating in the preparation of contracting procedures and controls, and following up on maintenance contracts for the Corporation’s information systems and programs in coordination with the service owner.

Participating in the preparation, review, and development of the Corporation’s policies and information programs.

Participating in setting mechanisms and alternatives for technical problems related to the Corporation’s smart applications.

Participating in the preparation and development of all smart applications and services of the Corporation related to the public, in cooperation with the service owner.

Preserving the original source codes for all software and programs developed in the Corporation internally and externally, and managing their handling and workflow.

Continuously reviewing and conducting studies to provide specialized smart solutions and applications that enhance the advanced services offered, in cooperation with the organizational units, and reinforcing the electronic linkage process in accordance with the smart government strategy.

Supervising the technical support center and following up on the technical reports and programs in the Corporation.

Preparing follow-up and periodic review reports on the needs of systems and programs in the work of the departments, and clarifying the positives and negatives, if any, and the related modifications.

Preparing and implementing the approved specifications systems related to risk management and business continuity.

Qualifications:Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

Experiences:Master’s degree requires 3 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and programming.Bachelor’s degree requires 5 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and programming.
