Were looking for a skilled, hands-on, and proactive Engineering Supervisor to help us keep our club operating at the highest level of excellence. From electrical systems to HVAC, plumbing, and beyond - youll play a vital role in ensuring that every detail of our environment is running smoothly, safely, and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain club facilities to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage preventive maintenance for all MEP systems
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement smart, lasting fixes
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized work
- Support sustainability efforts and energy-saving initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, contracts, and repairs
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations
- Stay ahead of trends and tech in facilities management
What Skills & Qualifications Are Required:
- Proven experience in facility or engineering roleshospitality or resort experience is a big plus
- Electrical qualifications are a must
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and building systems
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
- Hands-on, problem-solver with a team-first mindset
- Valid UAE Drivers License
- Comfortable working flexible shifts, weekends, or public holidays when needed
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
- Physically able to handle the demands of the role
