• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring all staff perform to the highest standards of service and professionalism.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to create a high-performing team.
• Monitor and control inventory and supplies, collaborating closely with suppliers to ensure product quality and cost efficiency.
• Create and manage budgets, forecasting revenue and expenses to achieve financial goals.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as licensing laws to maintain a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Plan and organize special events and promotions to boost revenue and attract new clientele.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bistro setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a keen focus on building relationships with guests.
• Sound financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and managing costs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff and customers alike.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
• Flexible schedule, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Salary: AED 10,500 to 11,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
