Core Responsibilities:
- Technical Execution: Lead and coordinate all site-level engineering activities, ensuring strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Arabic Authority Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for technical discussions and inspections with UAE authorities (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.), utilizing fluent Arabic for official coordination.
- AI-Enhanced Documentation: Utilize AI platforms (such as Gemini or ChatGPT) to streamline the creation of Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and daily/weekly progress reports.
- Technical Correspondence: Manage RFIs and technical submittals, using AI tools to ensure professional clarity and contractual accuracy in both English and Arabic communications.
- Contractual Support: Identify site variations and assist in drafting technical narratives for commercial claims and Extension of Time (EOT) requests.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor and analyze project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying potential risks and providing data-driven solutions.
