About the Role

Plan and oversee projects; manage team and schedules; enforce safety and quality.

• Supervise and manage daily activities of ELV technicians on-site.
• Obtain all necessary work permits for site operations.
• Plan daily tasks and assign jobs to technicians in line with the project schedule.
• Coordinate with engineers to ensure proper manpower allocation and task distribution.
• Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely completion.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations at the worksite.
• Support the testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems.
• Track equipment and material movement to and from the site.
• Report work delays, technical issues, or site concerns to the Project Engineer or Project Lead.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in ELV systems, preferably Access control system, Intercom etc.
• Good knowledge of installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ELV systems.
• Experience in electrical and instrumentation work.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Ability to prepare clear reports.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage work under pressure and meet deadlines.
