Procurement Specialist / Senior Procurement Specialist- Arabic Speaker

Job Description

• Manage procurement activities from requisition to purchase order and contract award.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and conduct commercial evaluations.
• Prepare and manage RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and bid evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation.
• Monitor procurement spend, cost savings, and procurement KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and provide procurement support.
• Prepare procurement reports, market analysis, and management presentations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Procurement Specialist: 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Senior Procurement Specialist: 5–8+ years of relevant procurement experience.
• Strong experience in sourcing, tendering, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, vendor management, and procurement best practices.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, IFS, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
