We're Hiring: Assistant Executive Housekeeper

We're a 317-room, 23-floor hotel with a close-knit, happy housekeeping team that has proudly been our sustainability champions over the last quarter. Now, we're looking for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper to step in and be part of our team.
Who we're looking for:
- Experience in a 5 star reputed chain hotel (in India or UAE)
- Currently at a supervisory or managerial level in housekeeping, ready to step up
- Guest-centric, with a natural eye for detail
- A team player with a positive, happy disposition
- Someone who isn't afraid of hard work and leads by example
- Keen to grow and take on a bigger role in Dubai (this is a full time on-site role in Dubai)
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and team
- Excellent Organization Skills to manage housekeeping schedules, inventory, and daily operations
- Ability to provide Training to staff and maintain consistent service standards
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene protocols
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent is preferred
What you'll do:
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in running day-to-day operations
- Guide and motivate a dedicated housekeeping team
- Ensure rooms and public areas consistently meet high standards
- Coordinate closely with other departments for seamless guest experiences
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices
- Experience in running inhouse laundry will be a plus
