Job Description
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize mall occupancy and revenue
- Lease retail units in line with approved tenant mix and mall positioning
- Negotiate lease terms, rentals, renewals, and amendments with retailers
- Source and onboard new brands, including anchors and specialty tenants
- Maintain optimal tenant mix across fashion, F&B, entertainment, and services
- Manage lease renewals, expansions, relocations, and terminations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and brand partners
- Conduct market research on rental rates, competitors, and retail trends
- Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
- Coordinate with legal, finance, marketing, and property management teams
- Oversee fit-out approvals, handover processes, and store openings
- Minimum of 5 years of experience required in UAE
- Candidate must have prior experience in mall leasing
