About the Role
The role involves managing inquiries and converting them into confirmed outbound travel bookings while providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships.
Qualifications- Experience: 35 years of proven experience in the UAE travel and tourism sector is mandatory.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Strong communication and persuasive abilities, with a keen focus on customer experience and conversions.
- Friendly, presentable, and passionate about service delivery.
- Dedicated to building a long-term career in travel and tourism.
- Willingness to travel within and outside the Emirate for client and partner meetings.
- Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah (no relocation support provided).
- Lead Conversion & Sales: Proactively manage inquiries from various channels (social media, website, hotline, walk-ins, referrals) and convert them into confirmed outbound travel bookings.
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide prompt, tailored, and friendly service to clients across all touchpoints in person, via phone, and online.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their preferences and delivering travel experiences that inspire loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on travel trends, airline options, destination insights, and promotions to offer clients expert recommendations.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with service partners including hotels, visa providers, and transportation operators to curate competitive travel packages.
- CRM & Reporting: Track leads, bookings, and client interactions through internal tools to support performance analysis and service quality.
- Experience in a similar role within the travel and tourism industry.
- Competitive salary package between AED 5,000 6,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
