What you'll do:
The Creative Strategy function sits at the core of how noon shows up to customers driving high-impact campaigns, creative execution, and brand storytelling across all markets and platforms. This role requires someone who can own end-to-end creative output, from ideation through to execution, and translate business priorities into campaigns that drive growth.
You'll work closely with the CEO, acting as a creative operator, strategist, and force multiplier. You will lead campaign development, shape creative direction, and ensure execution across digital, media, and on-ground channels is best-in-class.
This role is built for someone with real creative leadership instinct, sharp thinking, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. You should be able to develop strong campaign ideas independently and drive them through to execution with high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead the development of breakthrough campaign ideas-from concept through to execution
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery across digital ads, media, social, and key commercial moments
- Translate business priorities into high-impact creative platforms that drive measurable outcomes
- Drive hero campaigns across key moments (Ramadan, sale events, growth pushes)
- Oversee creative production including ad films, digital content, and campaign assets
- Bring strong filmmaking sensibility storytelling, pacing, and visual direction
- Ensure high-quality, fast-moving, performance-driven execution across all channels
- Shape and evolve noon's creative direction and tone of voice
- Drive execution across ATL, BTL, digital, and on-ground activations
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and production partners to deliver at scale
- Partner with CEO / GrowCo and business leaders on high-priority growth initiatives
- Build and lead a culture of creative excellence, ownership, and high standards
What We're Looking For:
- 1015+ years of experience in creative strategy, advertising, or campaign leadership roles
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact, full-funnel campaigns
- Strong creative instinct and independent ideation ability
- Deep understanding of campaign development across digital, performance, and brand marketing
- Strong production and filmmaking sensibility
- Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong interpersonal skills able to work across creative, marketing, product, and leadership teams
- High ownership able to drive ideas from concept to execution without drop-off
- Comfortable working under pressure with tight timelines and high expectations
- Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and output
- Commercially aware understands how creativity drives performance and growth
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in e-commerce, tech, or digital-first businesses
- Strong portfolio of ad films, campaigns, or large-scale creative work
- Experience working across multiple markets or culturally diverse audiences
- Prior experience working closely with founders or CEO offices
