Site Supervisor

Job Description

The Site Supervisor will oversee on-site execution of high-end interior fit-out projects, ensuring superior craftsmanship, strict adherence to timelines, and compliance with quality and safety standards. The role demands strong attention to detail, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and hands-on supervision of luxury finishes and bespoke installations.

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works (joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, etc.)
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines
• Monitor subcontractors, carpenters, and skilled labor for quality and productivity
• Ensure proper installation of bespoke furniture, fixtures, and custom elements

1. Quality Control

• Maintain high-quality standards aligned with luxury project expectations
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure flawless finishes and detailing
• Identify and rectify defects or deviations promptly
• Ensure materials used match approved samples and specifications

1. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and suppliers for smooth execution
• Liaise with MEP teams and other contractors to avoid clashes and delays
• Track site progress and provide daily/weekly updates

1. Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently
• Ensure timely completion of activities as per project program
• Assist in sequencing of works to maintain workflow efficiency

1. Health & Safety Compliance

• Enforce site safety regulations and ensure safe working conditions
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company HSE policies

1. Material & Resource Management

• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage
• Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials
• Maintain site inventory and tools

1. Client & Stakeholder Interaction

• Support site visits with clients, consultants, and authorities
• Ensure client expectations for luxury finishes and detailing are met
• Address site-related queries and provide solutions

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
• 4–8 years of experience in interior fit-out, preferably in luxury residential, retail, or hospitality projects
• Strong knowledge of joinery, finishes, and fit-out execution
• Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and approvals
• Ability to read technical drawings and shop drawings
• Strong leadership and communication skills
