Job Title: MEP Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Manager to lead and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities for VIP Luxury Villa projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing design coordination, execution, subcontractors, budgeting, quality control, and project delivery while ensuring compliance with local regulations and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all MEP works across multiple projects from planning to handover
• Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams
• Review design drawings, technical submissions, and shop drawings
• Ensure project execution meets quality, safety, and timeline requirements
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams for smooth project delivery
• Monitor budgets, procurement, and cost control for MEP packages
• Lead testing, commissioning, and final project handover
• Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC authority regulations and international standards
• Provide technical solutions, value engineering, and risk mitigation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical
• Minimum 15-20 years of MEP project experience
• At least 5 years in a managerial role
• Preferably, can join immediately
• Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP certification
• LEED certification
• Experience in design-build projects
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
