Business Setup Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Business Setup Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the process of establishing their businesses in the UAE, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial consultation to license issuance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on suitable company structures, licensing options, and jurisdictions in the UAE.
• Manage the entire business setup process including documentation, approvals, and government liaison.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE free zone and mainland regulations, visa processes, and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing professional, personalized support.
• Coordinate with internal departments and government entities to ensure timely processing of client applications.
• Achieve sales and conversion targets by providing clear, solution-driven advice.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business setup or company formation (preferably within UAE free zones or mainland).
• Strong knowledge of UAE business laws, licensing, and visa procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Arabic is a plus).
• Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
