Job Description
Dubai Sotheby's International Realty is currently recruiting a very limited number of experienced real estate agents to work on exclusive real estate developments in Abu Dhabi. These individuals must be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, ambitious, highly presentable and most importantly experienced with assisting UHNW individuals.Experience working with Abu Dhabi real estate developers is highly desirable
- Achieve above industry sales targets and KPIs set by the Head of Department
- Experience working with real estate developers in Abu Dhabi is highly desirable
- Possess vast network with real estate agencies and agents within the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Experience dealing with UHNW individuals in different fields/ industries ideally with focus on real estate investments
- Connect, establish and maintain productive relationships with real estate agencies and agents to promote the company's exclusive real estate projects
- Promote and present the company's exclusive real estate projects to agencies and agents
- Work exclusively on selling the company's exclusive real estate developments and achieve minimum sales targets
- Present the company's real estate projects to prospective clients when meeting at the projects sales center or other locations. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, competitive analysis, USP's and legal requirements
- Highly presentable at all times to be consumer facing at sales centers, company premises and any other location
- Represent the company, brand and company's clients at best standards at all times
- Flexible working hours are required to cover evening and weekend shifts when required
- Manage the sale transaction by processing the paperwork and payment receipts in accordance to the company's policy and requirements set out for the project
- Follow company guidelines and processes working on CRM, HR software and others
- Independent and established in terms of residence, driver license and residency visa requirements
