Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Receptionist at DERMADENT Skin and Dental Clinic located in Dubai. The Clinic Receptionist will manage daily front desk operations, including welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries via phone or in-person.The role also involves maintaining patient records, ensuring accurate information, and supporting the team in administrative tasks.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and familiarity with medical office operations
- Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in performing Receptionist Duties, such as greeting patients and managing inquiries
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology and experience in a clinical setting
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools
- Attention to detail and a customer-service-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in a medical or dental clinic is an advantage
