We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our team and support the successful delivery of a prestigious infrastructure project in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project planning and scheduling within large-scale transport or metro station developments, preferably with prior experience on RTA projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage integrated project schedules across all disciplines, ensuring alignment with contractual milestones and RTA requirements.
• Analyze schedule constraints and establish logical work sequences to optimize project delivery.
• Prepare detailed schedule commentary and progress narratives for inclusion in client and internal reports.
• Identify and monitor critical path activities, proactively addressing potential delays and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Review and validate contractor and subcontractor schedules, ensuring compliance with project timelines and scope.
• Support invoice verification and payment approvals through cost-loaded schedule analysis.
• Interface with project teams to gather schedule data and resolve planning-related issues.
• Track schedule deviations and submittal delays; propose corrective actions and workarounds to maintain project momentum.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Proven track record working on RTA or similar government transport projects.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other planning tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
