Job role: Executive Assistant/Client Relations

AG MENA is seeking a dynamic individual with excellent organizational skills for a position as Executive Assistant/Client Relations to the Managing Partner to support the high-end services provided by a global leader in second residence and citizenship planning and corporate services.

We want a candidate who has excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, excellent attention to detail, and embraces our mission and vision. Proficiency in Arabic language is a plus.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Partner.
  • Provide introductory information about the company's services including Citizenship by Investment programs to prospective clients and partners, and preparing client engagement letters and invoices.
  • Manage the Managing Partner's calendar and scheduling, assessing meeting requests, prioritizing matters of urgency and redirecting matters as appropriate. Use discretion, diplomacy and initiative to prioritize and manage enquiries, requests and complaints.
  • Oversee daily office operations.
  • Set up face to face meeting for qualified clients with follow up with potential clients to make sure scheduled meeting will takes place successfully.
  • Manage email, mail and telephone correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Update calendars and CRM dashboard following preliminary meeting with clients.
  • Assisting with processing files.
  • Organizes and processes file according to assigned deadlines.
  • Participating in business development initiatives.
  • Maintain current and accurate records of clients, both in paper form and electronically.
