About the Role

We are building the next big thing in crypto, and we are looking for a Social Media Manager who genuinely lives and breathes Web3 for one of our clients in Dubai.

In this role, you will take full ownership of our social media presence across all major platforms, translating complex on-chain narratives into engaging content that resonates with traders, DeFi users, and mainstream audiences.

This is a high-ownership position where you will work closely with our Growth and Product teams to drive brand awareness, support major launches, and build an engaged community that converts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the social media calendar across Twitter/X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
• Create high-performing crypto content including threads, memes, explainers, AMAs, and campaign copy
• Monitor Crypto Twitter, DeFi trends, and on-chain activity to identify real-time engagement opportunities
• Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, and ambassador programs to expand reach and campaign impact
• Track and report key performance metrics including engagement, follower growth, impressions, and conversions
• Coordinate social campaigns for product launches, token listings, partnerships, and announcements
• Work with the design team to ensure all creative assets are consistent and aligned with brand identity

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of social media management experience, with at least 2 years in Crypto/Web3/DeFi
• Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem including DEXs, L1/L2s, NFTs, DeFi protocols, and trading mechanics
• Proven experience growing a Twitter/X presence in the crypto space (portfolio/examples required)
• Deep familiarity with crypto culture, trends, memes, and market cycles
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create both short-form viral copy and longer-form explainers
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategy

• Experience working with a DEX, trading platform, or DeFi protocol launch
• Familiarity with on-chain analytics tools such as Dune, Nansen, DefiLlama
• Existing network of crypto creators, influencers, and KOLs
• Basic design skills using Figma or Canva
• Experience running paid social campaigns in the crypto space
