Finance Manager

Employment: Full Time
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance, cost control, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, preferably in the construction materials or dry mix sector.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CA/MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory control, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Lead all financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, cash flow, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain product costing models and monitor production costs.
- Provide financial insights to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
- Implement ERP/accounting systems and improve financial processes.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and sales teams for strategic planning.
