Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Real Estate Broker at Luxury Experts. The Real Estate Broker will handle property sales and leasing transactions, offering excellent customer service and professional market insights. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales or rental agreements, and staying current with market trends.The position also involves guiding clients through property investments and delivering tailored real estate solutions to meet their needs.
This role is on Attractive Commission based offer, we provide Visa, Medical, Insurance, Rera Broker License, Marketing, Fully equipped office in Tecom area and many more other incentives will be discussed during interview.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Brokerage and strong knowledge of Real Estate principles and practices
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and effective negotiation techniques
- Comprehensive understanding of Real Property markets, trends, and regulations
- Self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach
- Previous experience in the luxury real estate sector is must
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- UAE Driving license with own car
- Areas of expertise Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
