Drilling Supervisor

Job Description

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills with proven experience leading drilling crews and coordinating field operations.
• Candidates should possess solid Drilling and Drilling Engineering skills, including knowledge of drilling programs, well control, and rig equipment.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Completion operations, including planning and execution of well completion activities.
• Candidates should possess a background in Petroleum Engineering or related disciplines, with understanding of reservoir and production considerations.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in engineering (petroleum, mechanical, or related field) or equivalent industry experience are preferred.
• Strong commitment to HSE standards, familiarity with industry regulations, and experience in offshore/onshore drilling environments are beneficial.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in multicultural teams, are highly valued.
• Proficiency in technical reporting, basic computer skills, and fluency in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
