Role Overview

This role is strictly for candidates with sales experience in the professional services sectorspecifically accounting, tax, audit industry. The ideal candidate will be a monthly target achiever with a proactive mindset, ready to hit the ground running with their own sales plan and client data.

• Experience: 24 years in sales within the UAE, exclusively in professional services
• Language: Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus
• Skills & Attributes:
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
• Must be highly deal-closure oriented, as commission will be earned on every successfully closed contract
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must come equipped with own client leads and a clear sales strategy

• Generate new business for accounting, tax, and audit services
• Execute a personalized sales plan using existing data and networks
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and report performance metrics
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding
