Job Responsibilities:
As a Digital Lead with a strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools and data analytics, the Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the planning and execution of our digital marketing strategy, leveraging artificial intelligence and automation to drive performance, personalization, and scale.The person must play a vital role in overseeing and implementing digital strategies to achieve the organization&aposs goals. This starts with the overall digital strategy required for the business (Marketing & Sales), management of the online presence with quantitative & qualitative measures, data analytics and market trends.
He/she must develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing actions across all digital channels.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and generate leads
- Manage and optimize digital channels such as PPC, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
- Develop and execute AI-enhanced digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content platforms
- Implement marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or AI-driven CRM tools) to streamline workflows and improve campaign efficiency
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and improve campaign agility
- Stay ahead of emerging AI marketing trends and evaluate their potential for business adoption
- UI/UX Strategies
- Researching content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing
- Responding to and troubleshooting all website issues.
- Assist with social media campaigns and other marketing efforts
- Evaluate competitors&apos websites & Follow industry best practices
- Ensuring that SEO and SEM strategies are effectively implemented
- Develop and track ROIs and KPIs, VOC
- Analytics: performance, SEO, Ads, Location, etc.
- Create Power BI reporting dashboards
- Email Marketing Performance (including Team&aposs inputs & works) + Data build (Forms + CRM) on quarterly basis
- Ensure proper Data management via all synchronized platforms (MDM, LM, Portal, Library, CRM, etc.)
- Manage and supervise all Rollout projects from HQ, in collaboration with IT, such as: Web shop, Customer Portal, Data management, Chatbot, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing
- EN/AR is a preference, French is a plus
- Proven working experience in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4, SEO/SEM tools, and AI-powered marketing platforms (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Salesforce Einstein, or similar)
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a results-oriented mindset
- Curious and enthusiastic about the customer experience
- Big picture thinker with an eye for detail
- Ability to collaborate & adapt to the corporate culture
- Great at project management
- Excellent presentation skills, communications skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using AI platforms for marketing automation, content generation, A/B testing, and analytics
- Experience with data interpretation and using AI for customer insights and behavioral targeting
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Strategic Thinking: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies based on market trends and customer insights
Education:
- Bachelors degree in digital marketing, a masters degree is a plus
- Digital certification is a plus. (MS, Google, Ai, SF, etc).
